Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising daily restaurant and bar operations

- Handling guest feedback, complaints, and special requests

- Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover
- Assisting with inventory checks and controlling wastage and breakage
- Ensuring accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures
- Supporting food and beverage upselling to improve sales
- Monitoring staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance
- Training new team members and coaching the existing team
- Ensuring the restaurant floor remains clean, organised, and service-ready
- Assisting management with daily operational reports and closing procedures
Eligibility & Requirements
